Our Charity "SANISI" saving children with AIDS in the Dominican Republic

Hogar SANISI, Clinic for Medical Consultation and Dentistry, Pharmacy, Psychological Care and department for children most affected by AIDS. REMAR has been working in the Dominican Republic since 1999 for the benefit of children and the neediest. It currently serves a population of 380 people, of which 235 are high-risk children with situations of abuse, abuse, intra-family violence, extreme poverty, etc. All these children are given food, clothing, education, medical care and care in all their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The current proposal seeks to reduce infant mortality, impacting the health of children in the Santa Ana region of the Dominican Republic, through the improvement of existing health resources, to better assist malnourished and sick children. that continues to increase in this very disadvantaged area with a high infant mortality rate, as a consequence of the high incidence of infectious diseases, nutritional deficiencies, poor coverage of immunization and very limited access to improved water sources. basic health services.
